Madeline Kraft is an Innovation and Partnership Associate for Impact Finance Center assisting with development, programs and operations. She joined Impact Finance Center excited to use innovative finance to help nonprofits access capital beyond their traditional grant and donation dollars. Prior to Impact Finance Center, Madeline lived in Kenya using communications to fundraise for Daraja Academy, a secondary school that uses education to empower girls from poverty. Madeline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and Media and Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she competed as a NCAA DI Track and Field athlete. She was awarded ACC Academic honors, inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and recognized as a Buckley Public Service Scholar. Madeline believes that we have the resources to solve the world’s most pressing problems if we can only find a way to allocate them effectively. Madeline is an early riser who loves cooking family recipes and hopes to explore all 63 US national parks.
