Antoinette Klatzky has been a Senior Advisor with Impact Finance Center since 2020, focusing on broadening the educational platform. Antoinette met Dr. Stephanie Gripne at a Women and Money event in 2019 and felt a kindred connection to both Dr. Gripne and the work of IFC. Antoinette serves as the Vice President of Programs and Partnerships at the Eileen Fisher Foundation, engaging as a visionary leader supporting strategy and disrupting philanthropy for good in partnership with IFC and other outstanding organizations across the US and international communities. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, with Antoinette, IFC supported thinking that led to a near immediate employee relief fund, enabling access to funds for hundreds of employees who found themselves on furlow. Antoinette’s earlier work consists of developing and cultivating the Eileen Fisher Leadership Institute, the early operations of Green Eileen (now known as Eileen Fisher Renew), the Choose Handloom human rights project to empower women in rural India, and local leadership in her home community of Westchester County as a long time Chair of the Westchester Women’s Agenda. She was recognized as a person to watch by the YWCA’s Salute to Women and Racial Justice and continues to incorporate equity and inclusion in all areas of her work, including Impact Investing. Antoinette serves on the board of the Presencing Institute, where she continues to lead global movement building in awareness-based systems change with MIT Senior Lecturer, Otto Scharmer. She also serves on the boards of TIDES, Women’s Funding Network, the investment committee of Realize Impact and the Westchester Community Foundation. Antoinette is a possibility thinker, seeking to bridge some of the world’s deepest divides, looking for strategic acupuncture points for change. IFC is one of those points. If you’re looking, you might find her in the woods, running or biking along the Hudson or playing with her little dog, Simba.
