Mother House is a shelter and donation program for pregnant people and parents of small children. Our flagship program is our Residential Program that provides shelter to pregnant people and mothers of small children. We also have program spaces for qualifying new parents who are working to reunite with an infant in foster care. Mother House provides case management to residents to help them advance towards their parenting and self-sufficiency goals.

PeaceWorks, Inc

Founded in 1986, PeaceWorks is a confidential resource to survivors of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and relationship violence: intimate partner violence and abuse, teen dating violence, and stalking. Inclusive services include: short-term shelter; 24/7 crisis response; residential, non-residential, and mobile trauma-informed advocacy; integrative wellness, and community awareness. PeaceWorks is 1 of 10 dual programs in CO servicing both sexual assault and relationship violence survivors, and 1 of 4 shelters in the state that allows pets to be sheltered with their families. PeaceWorks serves the central mountain counties of Park, Jefferson, and Clear Creek, moving clients forward, out of crisis – towards self-sufficiency and wellbeing.

Pop Up Learning Pods by Clayton Academy LLC

Clayton Academy has been Popping Up Learning Pods since the fall of 2020. It started in the founder’s neighborhood in a rented church, 30 elementary kids, and 10 “pod facilitators.” Facilitators support the virtual classroom teachers and the kids in-person. Currently, pods have popped up in communities that need it most. There are multiple pods in 2 large low-income apartment complexes. With the developer funding the team, a community organization offering lunch and facilitators supporting kids, we are doing what we can to offer school-aged youth an opportunity to get their work done and catch-up while parents go to work. We aim to benefit the whole community by hiring qualified residents to be facilitators and working with kids directly.

We’re a growing community of Asian & Pacific Islander (API) girls and women celebrating who we are by elevating our voices, exploring our identities, and caring for our wellbeing through the power of storytelling. Focus Points Family Resource Center was founded in 1995 as a community resource with a mission to build better communities by strengthening families. The organization is one of a few Denver area nonprofits that has the expertise to meet the needs of the Latinx, immigrant, and refugee populations and has gained the trust of its community to provide meaningful, effective, and culturally appropriate services. With 25 years of experience serving and adapting to the needs of families, Focus Points is recognized by the community and our network of partner organizations as a provider of high quality, comprehensive, and culturally grounded services in Northeast Denver.
